My passion for naturopathy commenced after a long history of chronic health issues including food intolerances and chronic fatigue. My tipping point came when I had to take 12 months off work to recover due to a long term, highly stressful job. Having visited a number of different modalities to overcome my health issues, I finally found my serenity and increased vitality through functional testing with mineral balancing, detoxing heavy metals, herbs and dietary changes.
My special interest involves conditions that I have undertaken post graduate courses in and have experience with: autism, food intolerances (particularly histamine/salicylate intolerance), MCAS and fatigue states.
I offer online consultations from my home in Brisbane.
